Hi.. :) ;) Normally RPRF comes 1st but I've seen/read so many cases that PPR came 1st and they all got their Visas. I don't think you should worry about this because I'm quite sure few days after submittting the PPR you will receive RPRF (if they encounter no problems with your papers). Good...
