Bank can check whether DD encashed or not. I also sent DD, days between DD charged & PER was 7 days ( due to Holiday in Canada).

It require 4-5 days more than CC. You can ask to the bank about its clearance or wait for 1-2 days more.

Hi Gaurav, As per my knowledge, you will not require PCC for your spouse from USA. Bcoz, stay less than 6 month not require PCC
