than just retake ielts test and score 6.5 bands with no individual bands less than 6 and apply for post-graduate course, you will get visa easlily then.

you must score 6.5 bands and choose post graduate program... because you have already obtained degree at graduation level, they can refuse your application if you apply for global business management because it is diploma as far as I know and you have already completed your graduation.

if you are applying under SPP then you must have education loan otherwise it is ok, but you must state that what's your parent's occupation. There is no need to show tax papers in general category.
