Milan 13-1400 is still not bad considering the time of year.. and i dont think she needs to go thru immigration in Toronto. it just a connecting flight. she is landing in calgary.. I would assume so you wouldnt have to worry. Double check.. and If she is stuck Ill make PIta LOL

aww thank you. I thought I was the only one that has waiting this long since hearing from Vienna.. Makes me feel better. :) i was getting worried! The only thing i can do is be patient and try not to worry. :) enjoy the the weather as well :)

yes i finally gave to in for the notes. I ordered them on Monday.. I contacted them about a month, the reponse was the same message 14 months blah blah and they will contact me if any additional documents are required.. I am getting worried, but i'll just have to wait :-[
