yes I'm sure. And no it doesnt mean that your application will finish in 17 months. it could be done before. It just give them the right until 17 months. And remember these are suppose to change every 3-4 months. so it could go back down. its calucalated by how many applications they rec'd in...

my approval took 30 days. step 2 starts as soon as you get your approval for sponsorship. So you dont count it when Vienna gets it. you count it from when they approval step 1. I have hope that this will be over soon.. and i dont think it will take as long for you guys as it did for me or...
