thats why you got the black lines.... the CEM want to know will she hang around or just want to move to Canada.....esp with children.... if you put she has family in Canada other than you.... you will be red flagged... or she can kick you out of your home since she is a PR ....and you will have...

and it would be much faster if you can only sponsor if you are Canadian like the States.....not a PR...

got to say something.... I was at the CEM May 4/13 at 8.30 am... I watched the staff come in one at a time so many were late.... this was a Friday morn...sitting in the embassy.....hey they only had to work till 1.30 pm.... I bet they took lunch at noon till 1 then took half hr to go back to...
