called cic for uci but couldn't get as they can't provide that over the phone, moreover, asked me to mail cic for that!! so, is it really impossible to get uci over the phone or is there any other way except email?? please suggest.

Same thing happened to me!! 2 days ago they've changed my status to "Evaluation in Progress" its been more than a month I ordered for it.

Any idea when they will declare the assessing authority for FSWP??
