Jmom..I'm faced with a similar dilemma...I'm new to this..but I'm my experience canada makes everything diff :'( but keep ur chin up...I can't say we cause I'm jus as clueless but there are really nice experienced ppl here to help u :D

Good Morning EVeryone ...how are you guys meeting your day. Sammystorm...I have a question for you...CIC defines a common law relationship to be a cojugal relationship within it self so why would they want to deny the application if i made clear why i think of my relationship as a conjugal one...

We havent decided yet.....we wanted to do it last December but my mom is in the states and she said i should wait cause she want to take part in the planning as on.

i reviewed the application it self it say common law...but the envelop said conjugal will tht pose a problem?

it would seem so jus wen he sent it he put conjugal on the envelop
