Can you Sponsor your Parents/Siblings to get PR?

That is great information! Thank you! If you apply and the siblings are under 19 at time of application submission..... will they still be able to come if they are over 19 by the time the application process is completed? As I do see on CIC website it could take up to 10 years for approval...

Can you Sponsor your Parents/Siblings to get PR?

    1) Is there anyway to sponsor your parents to become Permanent Residences in Canada? 2) Is there anyway to sponsor your siblings to become PR in Canada? I apologize in advance, I did try to search this topic, but did not find a good answer. If someone does know of a good link to a forum on...

Keep strong Suzanne! I am sure that you will hear something very soon! It has been two years and four months since by husband has been in Canada. He returned before his visitor visa expired in January 2013 when we were dating. It was April 2014 when we got married. This coming week will be...

Chucky44, Don't worry about the school loan! I would get the mom to write a letter stating more than just that you will be living with her for awhile. My parents wrote a letter about how they got to know my husband and when they met him at the wedding and how they believed our relationship...

Hi Suzanne, don't despair it will happen! I submitted everything to Missassauga on Nov. 14 and did not hear a single thing from CIC until the first week in February when they acknowledged they had received my application for sponsorship. That was the longest wait ever and very frustrating...

Chucky44 for both of these questions I entered a day as well. If I could remember the exact date I would use the first of the month. I knew the first time I landed in JA to visit my husband after he returned to JA, I knew that same day I met most of his family for the first time so I picked...

Absolutely right :) I just notice in reading that many people do not do them with their sponsorship application and perhaps that slows down the application process when it gets to the embassy!
