As I have noticed from the people on this forum, it is taking 13/14 weeks on average to process the application. In August, seemingly all applicants from May have got their applications processed.

It is for foreigners and existing visa holders, who came from overseas and would return. For new passengers, there should be a 4 weeks gap between polio vaccination and departure date.

Not all govt hospitals are offering this service, only selective ones have these counters.

Medical request form is generally required to be submitted with the application. If you have already done that, it would be better wait for the embassy to contact you for medical request.

Do they give a copy of results to candidate as well? And how much do they charge for it? I remember for UK student visa, they only used to do chest X.ray for tuberculosis and hand over the results to candidate to submit it with his application.
