    I don't know why Canadian Universities are confusing international students so much with their course duration... Why can't they make it a 2 year program for full-time students like in the U.S... I think it's always better to take a 2 year program...

    If it's a Two year course... That means minimum time to complete the course is 2 years, no matter how early you finish you will get 3 years PGWP... so if you complete it in 16 months, the university will provide you a letter stating that 16 months course = 2 years program, so you will get 3 year...
