Do CIC have the original certificate? If it is still valid you may be able to request it is returned I think, let us know how you get on :)

Scylla has given you the correct information, unfortunately you will need another AEO however the process is changing and as of 4th May all PR applications will require a positive LMO.. Why did you leave it so long to start your application when you had a positive AEO?

Hi BK, I am unsure about Conestoga College however in the UK Uni where I took my test they stated they would not give copies although when applying I was able to request they sent copies to other companies/uni.. Can you call them to chase up? I hope you gain your copies :)

You will need to do the test again, I was asking if rajarana had an expired certificate as their AEO was about to expire, you can't submit an expired certificate.. I hope that helps

Hi You will need to submit IELTS certificate as it is mandatory, do you have a previous certificate that has expired? If you can bring forward your test that might work.. good luck :)

Hi you can only apply for the area you will be working, if you are also supervising other branches then you could include them otherwise it is fraud..

Hi msohail you will need to find an employer that is willing to support your application for Permanent resident, if you find one I would also suggest going for the work permit so you can arrive quicker.. I think there are a few pinned threads with links to job sites at the top of the forum...

Hi I looked into this too however as amira mentions if you are TFW on a WP you are unable to go in to education only if you are a PR can you enrol for courses. Good luck Holly
