Being an Aug 1st applicant I feel exactly the same! So close, but it still feels like it will be ages until we hear something. I'm hoping all of you July apps hear good news before the end of next week :)

Great job! You describe the situation very well. All of this waiting is just getting silly.

Looks like there were 2 July apps that got AIP this week... Now CPC must be in holiday long weekend mode :P ... So hopefully next week after they are well rested we'll see more good news and some movement on that dreaded July 8th!

It will be 9 months wait for us in one week from today. We leave for a trip to Toronto tomorrow, I was really hoping to hear something before we left. :( If there is still no news by the time we are back, then we will certainly be making some phone calls to enquire about our case. So frustrating...

So frustrating being kept in the dark about everthing from cpc-m and why they're being so slow! At least it's nice to see lots of people getting DM. I hope whenever we start seeing AIPs again that DM does not take too long to follow. Hoping for the best...

Does anyone have experience with sending additional documents? I'm thinking about sending a few additional items that I have been able to collect with our proof of address. Since we are common-law I want to make sure that we have as much solid evidence as possible! Would sending additonal items...
