I dont think so... If file is complete they count it in the CAP, After that they start processing it with their timelines and proceed with payments... File number... and further processes...

Not necessarily,,, application counted in cap after its primary completeness evaluation only... & no encashment done at the time of counting the application in cap... thats the later process...

So by adding a paragraph about cap CIC itself solved the very argumented discussion of this forum..... Note: Due to the high volume of applications we receive, the CIO cannot review each application for completeness on the same day it arrives at the office. The numbers on this page are updated...

Without PCC you can send your application as per guidelines, but you have to provide it in future if requested... But as per my thinking except PCC all the required documents (or the reason explanation for not sending) you should sent with the application. Then only they will count your...

I am in RA too.... Just applied for visa... Without study in canada cant we do job without study in canada ? If we do 1 yr course in RA from seneca or Humber college will we be registered pharmacist of canada ? Nikhil
