Everyday, I try to log in to ECAS but for 3 days now, its still not working. Checking my email, no news, trying to phone VO London all I get is recording (unless I am using an incorrect number). This is like mental and emotional torture.

I am unable to log in to my ecas for 3 days now. Cannot recognise file number and the UCI number. Well, even if I can access it, I am sure it will say "in process".

Me again. Tried the File number is it still not finding my file. Now UCI and File number not working. What is happening?! ??? Any ideas anybody? :(

No. Is the file number the one that starts with a letter coz thats the only 2 i've got the UCI number and an application number. thanks

Fhe UCI is your file number. Log on to ECAS and type in your UCI number + the other information required such as Family name, date of birth etc. This will tell you the status of your application. Website to use to log on is http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index-can.asp Good luck
