I got the letter in July as of date still no update.. i guess in ur case u should go for PR as u are almost close.. WP withdraw might me good idea i guess with monetary wise and time wise too.

Thanks Malisa, Yes need to apply for extension Company only applies in the last month so... surprisingly I got a letter for 2nd AOR which states that they will process my application within 6 months have any one received this ? My Visa office is New Delhi.

Hi Malisa, I applied for WP in New York and its already around 2 months, I send them an email and they responded saying it will take some more time if you need your passports then you can withdraw the application.. I just need to know did you send the original passport with your WP...

If they are delaying stuff in WP not sure why they hold passport for so long, same thing applies in PR application too they request for passport and hold that for 3-4 months.

I guess should not be an issue I am on H1 too and shifted my job and state here and my visa office in NDVO

I am from NDVO visa office and with the same timeline.. till date I have not received anything from them except first AOR.
