Actually, parang ganun din sitwasyon ko. yung #1 mo. plan ko is just to photocopy it, then provide nalnag ako explanation letter. hope lang na tatangapin yun. baka may ibang paraan ka? for your #3, not sure ako if kailangan. proof yan for employment?

I believe 3112 is General Practitioner. I have a question: when you filled up IMM 0008 form, it asked there about Education (#12). What did you ticked there? Bachelor's or Ph D?

Kailangan ba ng cenomar? I checked the Manila VO, walang mention about a cenomar. Birth Certificates lang and Marriage Certificates. Please advice if kailangan yan.
