Sheeno1 I will advise you to get attested photocopies from HEC being the most authentic of all and if you want to save some time university attestation may work as well. why dont you ask CDD directly meanwhile you can process your HEC attestion.

Dear, If LVO has asked you to submit POF at Islamabad High commission along with PPR then you must submit it otherwise no need. Normally it is not asked along with ppr but exceptions are always there. Could you plz share your timeline?
