I am able to login the ecas using my client id and the status is "IN PROCESS". It changed today morning as it was not recognizing me at all till last night. How much time will it take to finally get the Medical/AOR? Any idea?

Same here...no AOR yet.... My application reached CIC on 22nd June. I tried checking my ecase status online using my Client ID from the work permit and no results yet. I can't see anything there....it doesn't recognize me. Let hope we get something by the end of this month....keeping my fingures...

Yes, you can do that. I went to Buffalo consulate to get my Work Permit stamped and there were many people, who came Buffalo consulate to get the permanent residence stamped. So you can certainly do that....go ahead.
