yes you're right. we have our own families too and its so hard to be far away with our families. They should have consideration to process our papers faster.

Why they wont process april 2010 applicants? Is there a hindrances why they stucked up the processing until march 21,2010? They should tell it to LC applicants, WHY?? So that we know what is happening. We're waiting for a month to release their decision to our papers but they keep it moving/...

So depressing and Frustrating to wait for the owp of april 2010 applicants. We hope by nextweek, they are done about april applicants. :(

yeah, we are all waiting for the first stage of approval, our open work permit but they are holding it tight for the processing. So, depressing..but what can we do? just wait patiently for the decision of our papers. :(

Well tinkermarie, they going to assess your paper pag nag re-entry ka, ang payo ko wala ka na sa amo,therefore wag ka ng magbakasyon uli baka hadlang pa yan na hnd ka makabalik.kung ang officer na natapat sayo tatanungin ka if you are still with workin with your employer, then wala ka na sa amo...

Ok lng vacation ka as long you have valid work permit, valid re-entry visa and get a letter to your current employer that you are still working for them.

In your case much better to talk to your employer before she's going to release you. Tell to your employer about your situation, then if your employer is kind thats good, if not, well thats too difficult now in your part because you need LMO to prospect employer and that will took 4-7wks i guess...

yeah, but i don't know why the UAE Canadian Embassy gave him for sponsorship application. I included him in my application for family members, i'm here in Canada and he is in dubai.
