im from the Philippines.i had my draft under metrobank.theyre so generous giving me information about my draft but unfortunately, its hasnt been encashed yet since aug 12, 2009.

from which country are you? im not sure with other countries but in my country, brirish council and idp share same set or raters so basically no diffrences in criteria. goodluck!!!
