agree with you, coffee. UCI is computer based and B******* is paper file number which gets assigned during or after eligibility review. At least it means your application is under eligibility review, just my opinion.

Badshah Bhai, Very sad to know about your case but i think best way would be find out if you BD/DD has been encashed or not. If it is cashed, you are fine otherwise, try your local post office to track the application. Are you from India?
