Did you travelled or lived? If you travelled or lived less than 6 months in other country its not count. I think for you it will take less time to prove case initial review but it will take more time for your background check.

Every case is different, some people have lots pic some less, some lived just in 1 country others all over the world and etc. If you leaved more than one country your background cheak will take more than 4 months. So each case is different there was people who done in 8 months.

Hahaha, the first number is month, second day and third is year. So application filled in August 2009 and received AOR in February 2010 cause i send it late( I was waiting for my husbands police record)

Hi, Welcome to waiting list, check on e-cas what address they have for your wife and also send them email saying that you haven't received your AOR letter (most of time they asking for additional information with AOR) so they might be waiting for that. And good luck
