AOR Sept 28th 2005 IA, interview waived, request for Medicals Sept 15th, 2006.

I applied mid September (15th or so) and received AOR on the 28th. I am a US citizen.

When did you get AOR and where did you apply?

Received AOR Sept 28 from Buffalo, CIC web services still reads "in process"

Yes, but why did I get AOR so quickly? Others on here say they waited months to get AOR. Is this anything to get excited about?

Does that mean Acknowledgement of receipt. If that's the case, I applied in September 05 and received acknowledgement about 2 weeks later. Is that a good sign?
