slim, In my opinion, CIC is only concerned with your LEGAL STATUS in the US. As long as your have one and have satisfied the h1b requirement, you should be fine.

But Nix, how will the Doctor know anything about my wife's medical history? The DMP will start his test from scratch and had no way to check which doctor has my wife referred to in the past. Please advise.
