    Congrats Arajesh!!!! As silly as this may sound, I hope you had mentioned during Medical about your wife's pregnancy. Update CIC with a cover letter and to be safe, fill out a CIC form and mail it. Just my suggestion....

    slim, In my opinion, CIC is only concerned with your LEGAL STATUS in the US. As long as your have one and have satisfied the h1b requirement, you should be fine.
