I think thats the PER . May be the PER they send might have gone to junk mail or got deleted. Well even my ECAS status says the same , as yours. Just follow your ECAS regularly and if it says received by Visa office then it is sure that is a PER. May be you can verify with Buffalo guys who got...

Agreed cfr. Some people in this forum thinks only their views are valid and keeps commenting on others by remarks such as "Rubbish " etc etc. Even during the time of PER when someone wanted to call CIO he got similar comments. Well +1 for you sir.

Good opinion, but we should not be selfish to think that only we should migrate , others should also get an equal opportunity guys......and hence 67 is a big hurdle for some one who is single and wants to migrate, though 67 cut off might be very lenient for some of those who are very bright.
