only 2 things can reject your application after medicals. 1. If you have a criminal background. 2. If you have certain listed medical issues. I have not seen anyone rejected after medicals.

u can try abhinav, y-axis, canam (I am not sure whether canam is in Mumbai or not), but if you have time and can do internet research then file your case on your own, as I have seen so many people in this forum who applied on there own and got their visa. It is not a rocket science.
