Hi, I can only advise you on the last part of yr query which stipulates to the job change thing. Here you do not need to worry about notifying CIO or VO of any change in employment details unless you receive your PER. Once you get PER only then you may pick up the case query form from the CIC...

Anil, CHC requires Passports once they have received the Medical results from the respective DMPs. I know the content is lil confusing but you need to send yr PP only after about a week post getting the Meds done. Best is to check with yr DMP to gage if they have send yr results

Absolutely...send the same letter to them and keep a photo copy of it for yr records :)

You need to submit the CIIP letter which you have received in the mail along with the MR and RPRF letters. Hope that answers yr query.
