Sorry mate but CHC keeps their inside information to themselves and moreover your 45 days deadline is a real joke. There have been cases where they have kept passports for as long as six months and have kept the applicant waiting for that long. A thing like a DD can be misplaced but I've not...

Hi Gireep, its been a long time since we have submitted our passports and precisely 10 long weeks have been passed. What could be the possible delay and when can we expect it to come back - any ideas? Feeling lillte baffled >:( Thanks

We were hoping that things will move faster from mid April onwards then we had high hopes for May and now for June. Nothing is moving with NDVO apart from hopes and months :-X

That's quite an improbable scenario. Haven't heard of sucha thing before mate. BTW who told you that yr RPRF has been encashed? Bank or have you received the receipt letter from CIC?

Cheers friend :), It is just that post sending yr passports you hav certain things/plans in mind and you're more likely to implement them after receiving yr passports :) So in a way anyone would tend to become a bit anxious especially if the wait is prolonged for any xyz reason like me or any...
