I don't think you have to fax it if you have already sent it by mail.

It should be faxed to AINP. The PN Acknowledgement Form says: "TO: Alberta Immigration Nominee Program Fax: (780)427-6560"

I wrote "Buffalo, USA" in the box. Since our nomination letter specifically tells us to submit our application to Buffalo, there shouldn't be any problem writing "Buffalo" in this box.
