I got my MR five days after my ecas has changed to in-process. Now, if you have'nt received your MR to this date and your agent doesnt have any update too, your documents are still under review. Hope the delays are caused by the holiday season... there's also a possibility of being invited for...

Hi miksee, just want to clarify the Pag-Ibig Provident Fund lump sum, is it really processed in 10 days from the date of your application? I thought processing time is 2 months based from the info on their website the last time i browsed it.
