You can live in Quebec, after you have landed, but you won't get any of the benefits Quebec gives to immigration via the their own selection (like free French language classes).

Quebec immigration is different from the Federal Skilled because it is run by 2 different government. If u wish u need to apply to Quebec because the have their own criteria, so with a PR FSW status, YOU CANNOT ENTRE AND LIVE but when u eventually become a citizen, u can live anywhere

NO,U cannot live there if it is from the FSW. u can only live there if u applied to Quebec and the PR is given. i also believe that when u become a citizen, u can live anywhere

No, being an ACCA member or affiliate cannot give u any educational points, it can only make the visa officer believe that u can quickly settle and by doing one or two courses in canada, it can increase your chances of getting a Job
