u can high ur points through language proficiency...in my case i had 65 points ... for rest two points which i needed i learned french language n got successful for 2 points in french language also...so try and try u will get successful...

yes it is acceptable..but IO may ask u in interview why u chose work in field which is not according to ur qualification.. I am not a immigration expert ...This is just my view

I think one year of CONTINUOUS work means atleast you must have regular 1 year of experience.not depends upon any company..In this u got 2 years and 6 months that means more than 1 year ..so u need not worry...lets c the others
