S, definetely u need to get 2 PCC's .One from the CID in Kuwait( I guess they mention as CID office in kuwait also.) & the 2nd from Indian embassy in kuwait. Getting the PCC from the Indian embassy in Kuwait for having stayed in India is absolutely acceptable by the CIO & VO & I guess it is one...
