Sometimes they don't ask for everything at once. When they asked me for docs in April every other week they sent me e-mail asking for new doc. They could have asked once !!!!!

Well i asked immigration myself. New rules does not apply to me or whomever applied in 2010. Btw if applicant is living in Canada he/she has to have legal status while his/her application is being processed.

I have been around too and lived in 5 countries including Canada!!! FSW3 is not going forward!!!!!!!!! :( . I am guessing when they transfered the physical files from Buffalo to Ottawa they just stack the files and whatever comes first they process it.

well it did not help me at all. I got it in August and I got another one yesterday!!!!!!!!!!! ther is no difference in two forms at all!!!!!!!!! My status is Sec Criminal check and it says Medical Validity Stage!!!!!!! You get yours and let us know if there is anything good there for you!!!

I was told by CIC supervisor long time ago. You can call CIC and ask them yourself. Since I have applied for FSW3 they have changed it many times and there is no FSW3 anymore anyways!!!! Everytime they do changes I call and ask whether it applies on my case or not. I will look online they...
