UPDATE!!! well apparently Kingston responds quite well to accusations lol i accused them of losing my hubby's PP this morning and hubby got the call to pickup PP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The lady told him it was ready since January but that they could not get ahold of him which is BS, they left a VM...

I just sent kingston another email...they seem to respond to emails with accusations much quicker from what I've seen on here lol so I added something along the lines of ,was my husbands passport misplaced somwhere??? so hopefully that will get them to respond..I also added that this was my 3rd...
