hi pinoy1028, try to appeal sa CIC office, mag send ka ng appeal letter about dun sa ielts dahil nag kamali sila sa assesment ng score mo, i fax mo dun sa fax # 1 (902) 270-3561 na binigay nila sa leter of assesment nila dun sa nareceive mong email para sa change of address. ilagay mo ganito...
