hey goodguy, You IELTS date starts from the date when u had applied to CIO. So if u have time then get ur PCC It hardly takes 2 working days to get ur PCC if in India. Go to ur passport office and apply for PCC You will get it the next day. Send the PCC along with the application. Hope this helps.
