It depends how you define "Normal". Compare to other visa offices such as NDVO no it is not normal ;) but compare to other Buffalo applicants Yes this is normal. Look at my time lines. Pretty similar to yours and I am still RBVO. Can you see your address online? Mari

Every year I apply for new work permit I have to apply for a TRV. In case I leave Canada I need this visa to reentry to the country. I hope this is the last work permit. Mari
