Indeed, I gave them a call and sent back my AINP preassessment letter. They treated me as pre-assessed applicant. It is not my or their fault. There was no clear clue at that time when the rules were changed. As in the file number email, my application was treated as recieved on Dec 17, 2008.

My dear fellow applicants, Take a look at the timeline ! Alberta lost my belief. They changed it from 3 months to 5 months, to 8 months, and then maybe to 80 months. Has anybody applied for the PCC after file number? You lose! They wont be valid by then. Better find another road...
