Which documents are required to be presented on the day when medical is being done. Do they want to see the Negatives of our photographs ( actually i got my photograph snapped on digital camera so I dont have their Negatives)

I got email from London visa office . they require my updated police certificate and updated schedule1/background declaration forms.What are the next probable steps left . how much time will it take to receive medical request. I applied in may 2008

I sent my docs on 26th june but I didnt get any AOR or Medical uptill now. My ecase status is " IN PROCESS'' right from the begining and is still the same. Since it has been about 6 months since I have sent the full docs, why am I not getting any response? Any comments?
