it could be right gogocanada...but I expect that it's applicable for pre-26 June applicant....but I think it should be less than that for post-26 June applicant....we have to wait:)

Not exactly Wayne...it may be encashed already...I'll never know untill I recieve AOR...Scotiabank-Cairo customer service told me that no way to know if BD is encashed or not...they don't have a system for that...I just have to wait. Any one guys made his BD from any branch of Scotiabank...
