my dear.. I mean the certificate it is writing in two language Arabic and English; so no need to translate it? In addition; if it is not require to translate so I should stamp it from Notary? Thanks a lot ..

Dears senior; I have some certificates and some documents like PCC from Dubai it is writing it two language (Arabic and English) in same paper; So still I need to translate it or I should just make photocopy from that document and stamp it from Notary?? Thanks :) :)

Thank you Visaexpert for comparison.. I believe they made a big mistake for changing these NOC; otherwise they dose not like more immigrants >:(
