    To my understanding, there is no need for a RCMP's proof of no crime record if you haven't visited a third country other than your home country and Canada, right? You just need to prepare a clearance from your home country in this case?

    No way, quite the opposite. Once you leave Canada, or even remain "unemployed", you will lose the eligibility to apply under FSW3. Please refer to OP6.
