My dear friend Canady, I also have recieved those labels with my 2nd AOR (the letter is dated 22nd March & I recieved it on the 31st of March). I recieved the MR + RPRF by DHL courier on 2nd of April. But let me tell you one thing, they stated in the AOR "to help us work more efficiently"...
