    @ianpogi Thanks for giving me an idea on what to expect. So my husband's ECAS notification is most likely like everybody else, but could it be a refused decision? Btw, about the seminars, does it mean that he doesnt really need to attend the COA seminar? Only the PDOS would do? Thanks again...

    Hi, I'm new, but have been reading since my husband got his status changed to DM July 1 - Canada time. 1.How come his status only shows the date when they started processing it? It doesnt show when they made the decision? 2.Would it take 2weeks to deliver even if he only lives in Valenzuela...
