Same problem here; it is already 2 months since I applied for Qatar Police clearance thru DHL and still waiting, it is holding up my submission of full application. They said 2-3 months of processing is not guaranteed and could take more depending on the embassy.

you dont need a saudi police clearance if you are not a current resident; check the CIC website in obtaining PCC in KSA . AFAIK there is no way you can get a police clearance outside of saudi arabia.

@ aspire: CIC office in Buffalo are requiring former resident of saudi a PCC; while it is stated in CIC website that only current resident are required to submit. This is confusing. Just hoping that Manila visa office will not require PCC as Buffalo does. Thanks..
