    Could any one let me know what is the safe CAP maximum limit to send the application to CIC. I mean do any one have an idea that it is not advisable to send your application if the CAP posted on CIC websites reaches x/1000 per NOC and y/20000 over all. Awaiting your valuable feedback Thank you

    Thanks Ajay I too did not find any where on Buffalo office specific documents the need for notary. I could see it only on the CIC EG7 guide. It says what to do if a copy is to be notarized. I see a lot applying to Buffalo also getting their documents notarized..can't understand what is right???
