    application returned from buffalo. asking for h1b approval notice

    based on trackitt.com, it is 6 months or more from the time application is filed to Buffalo till they will ask for passport. so there is still sometime to go before having the visa on hand if things go well.

    CIC requires transcripts in sealed envelopes. most colleges in india do provide it. regarding birth certificate, affidavit copy signed by parents in front of magistrate or court also works.
