as long as you satisfy the 67 points required with a band score of 6, you do not need to re-take IELTS. good luck on your filing. ;)

Re: IELTS advice and fund requirement i'm not an expert at this, but will attempt to help you. funds required for a family of three is $16,967 CAD, your previous two attempts would be the best option, usually if they are not satisfied, they will inform you of this matter but will not reject...

I did not submit my full docs to New Delhi but i submitted our full docs to Manila CIC/CHC in April as well, and just for FYI and also to lessen your/our frustrations we also have'nt heard anything from them :(. lets all keep a positive attitude and who knows it's already in the mail. :D ;) high...
